My roast beef sandwich

Ingredients
3 1/2 pound round roast beef1 cup diced turnip1 cup diced onion1 cup diced celerysalt and pepper to tastewater to fill pan only about 1/4 of the way up.For Sandwich:3/4 cup beef mixture1 ciabota roll1 slice swiss cheese1 t basil pesto1/4 cup au jus
Directions
Cook roast until doneness of your choice. When everything is done, take roast out, puree vegetables in water until thick and creamy. Once roast is warm enough to handle cut into pieces and run thro food processor. Add vegetable puree and mix.
