Spicy Shrimp-Mac Salad

1 cup uncooked whole-wheat macaroni3 tbsp finely diced red onion1 tbsp chopped cubanelle pepper½ cup diced celery¾ cup fat-free mayonnaise¼ cup sweet pickle relish3 tbsp ketchup2 tbsp spicy or dill pickle juice1 tbsp prepared horseradish¼ tsp hot sauce½ tsp chili powder½ tbsp garlic powder2 oz cooked salad shrimp
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the macaroni and let it cook until al dente (6 minutes max). Drain well.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine onion, pepper, celery, mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, pickle juice, horseradish, hot sauce, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and shrimp.
Fold the macaroni into the mixture.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
