Tex Mex Grits

Ingredients
~.75 cup plain grits~2.5 cups water~.5 cup skim milk~2 chopped large celery stalks~2 chopped medium scallions~.25 cup chopped onion~1 oz Pepper Jack Cheese~4 strips turkey bacon~.5 cup green bell pepper~1 oz green chiles~1 jalapeno (unseeded to taste)~2 eggs~1 tsp chili powder~1 tsp cayenne powder~1 tsp allspice
Directions
Place all ingredients in a crock pot (or pot).

Stir.

Let sit on a low heat for 6 hours, or as long as you are asleep. If you leave it on low, it will take at least 4, but you could probably let it be for up to 9.

Wake up to spicy breakfast!
