Shrimp Creole (Louisiana Fish Fry Mix)

Ingredients
2 packages of Louisiana Fish Fry Creols Shrimp Mix10 tbls. of margarine4 cups water2 8 ozs. tomato sauce1 lb. peeled shrimp
Directions
1. In a saucepan, melt 10 tbls of margarine, add Shrimp Creole Mix, and cook over low heat 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Add 2 cups water and 2 8 oz. tomato sauce. Mix.
3. Cook uncovered 15 mins. on low heat stiring often. Add 1 lb. of peeled shrimp to the sauce and cook on low heat for 15 more minutes. Serve over rice.
