Fennel Soup in the Raw

Ingredients
1 teaspoon fresh ginger1 cup fennel bulb,* chopped (approx. 3 cups)1/2 fresh lemon or lime juiced1/4 teaspoon sea salt1/2 cup avocado1 clove garlic 2 cups water*You do want some of the green stalks and the fronds of the fennel in your soup.
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
