Ingredients
Directions
4 Tbl ground flaxseed meal (I’ve gotten Bob’s Red Mill variety from Whole Foods Market)1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp Gomasio (sea salt and sesame seeds – another great product from Whole Foods Market)1/4 tsp Paprika1 Tbl coconut oil (melted in a microwave)2 Tbl water2 jumbo eggs
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add all the wet ingredients and mix together with dry
ingredients thoroughly. Once you have a nice batter, spray a small pan with oil (I use
coconut oil spray by Spectrum). Pour in enough to cover the whole surface area of the pan. Let
it sit till you see it forming a lot like a pancake. Then, flip it on its other side with a
spatula or kitchen tool of choice so that the whole wrap gets fully cooked. Place on a plate.
Spray the pan with more oil and repeat the process. This recipe makes about 3 to 4 medium sized
wraps.
Enjoy!
