La Tortilla Factory Flat Out Italian Herb Tortilla3 egg whites2 Tbs Chopped Green Onions (Scallions)2 Tbs. Real Bacon Bits1 Tbs. Light Mayo1 slice fat free cheese (your choice)dash of salt and peppertabasco or salsa (optional)
Simply mix the egg whites with the scallions, salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet sprayed with a nonstick spray as you would an omelet. When it is cooked through, lay it on half of the tortilla, add the cheese, mayo and bacon bits, then fold tortilla in half. Microwave for 30 seconds. You can add salsa or tabasco for some added kick.
