Butterscotch Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

Ingredients
11 oz pkg of butterscotch chips1/2 cup peanuts5 oz container of Chow Mein Noodles
Directions
Melt the butterscotch chips in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Run a knife thru the noodles to break them up a bit. Then pour them into the melted butterscotch along with the nuts. (I like to crush the nuts but you can leave them whole.) Place them by the spoonful on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes and they are done.
Recipe makes 36 cookies.

    Quick and easy recipe. Crunchy peanuts (I used dry roasted) and crunchy chow mein noodles coated in butterscotch are a wonderful combination and a very satisfying treat. Easy to just have one since they are so rich. Be sure to keep them on the small side no bigger than a teaspoon for easy eating. - 12/23/13
