Faux Fried Pickles

Ingredients
Fiber One Cereal, 0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .125 cup Egg, fresh, .5 medium Dill Pickles, 1 cup
Directions
Crushed Cereal and mix with bread crumbs and place in ziploc bag.
Dry off pickles with paper towel. Dip in beaten egg. Dip into crushed cereal, bread crumb mixture.
Place on baking sheet, Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn once to ensure even crispiness.
