Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 cup*JIF creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cupHoney, 1/4 cup**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/2 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Wheat germ, crude, 1 cup Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds (28 almonds chopped), 1 serving EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 12 tbsp
Directions
Mix together. Store in fridge for 30 minutes and then shape into balls, ready to eat.
