Barbecue Boneless loin country style ribs in the slow cooker

Ingredients
salt / pepper7 boneless loin country style ribs1 med onion2.5 cups barbecue sauce
Directions
Turn slow cooker to Hi. Turn on your broiler. Salt & pepper both sides of 4-7 boneless loin country style ribs and place in a sheet cake pan under the broiler. Broil 7 minutes a side while peeling and slicing 1 med-large onion. Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer the ribs in the slow cooker right over the onion and don't forget the barbecue sauce. Pour sauce over each layer of ribs. Cover, cook on hi for a couple of hours or so then turn to low until ready to eat.
