One 7oz. can of Kirkland Tuna, oil drained3/4 cup firm tofu small cubesOne small can of high protein soy milkOne can of tomatoes with chilliesOne can of pinto beans in chilli sauce1 tbs black pepper1 tsp Shanxi Vinegar1/4 cup minces onion1/2 cup minces sweet red pepper2 tbsp Thyme1 tsp garlic powder or on tbsp of garlic1/2 cup 2% milkAdd more spices if you desire
Put in all the ingredients (no brine from the beans, no oil from the canned salmon) and cook on low heat, stirring regularly.
