OK Mushroom onion gravy or sauce

3 T olive oil2 med cloves garlic1 med onion8 oz fresh mushrooms2 c Wegmans or other reduced sodium beef stock2T white flour
In a large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil, add onions & mushrooms and saute until tender
In a jar with a cover, add 2 T flour to 1 C stock & shake until dissolved.
Push the vegetables to 1 side of the skillet;pour stock mix on the other side. It will start to thicken right away. Add another cup of stock, more or less, and mix the vegetables in.
Serving Size: makes 4 generous servings
