Ingredients
1 cup ish of baby Spinich, about 14 Frozen Bluberries ( I buy them Fresh & freeze them right away,) 4 or 5 large fresh to frozen(same as Blueberries) 1 bananna , 1full single serving size yogurt ( I use Greek store brand )You can use any kind. 8oz of Almond milk. I use a 20oz personal (BPA free) sports bottle blender so I mix and go!
