Strawberry Goodie Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Silk Lite plain soymilk1/4 cup (about 2.2 oz.) Fage 0% Greek Yogurt1 cup frozen strawberries, whole unsweetened2 packets Splenda1 Tbsp. milled Flax seed
Directions
Put all ingredients into Ninja and blend till smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass for a meal or 2 smaller glasses to share a snack with a friend.

Serving Size: Makes one meal or 2 snacks.
