Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup

1/2 cup green bell peppers1/2 cup onion5 Villa Roma Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage Links (casings removed)5oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Lasagna32oz chicken broth2- 8oz cans tomato sauce14.5oz can diced tomatoes1/4tsp crushed red pepper3tbsp grated parmesan cheese1/2cup mozzarella cheese (low moisture)1/2tsp saltfresh basilnonstick spray
Spray deep skillet with nonstick spray.
Cook onions and bell peppers for about 3 minutes.
Add Italian Turkey Sausage to skillet.
Cook veggies and turkey sausage until the meat begins to brown.
Once meat browns, add broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and crushed red peppers to the meat and veggie mix.
Simmer about 20 minutes to a constant mild boil.
Break up the lasagna noodles into the bottom of the crock pot and add the mixture from the skillet to the crock pot.
Cook 8 hours on low. Turn heat off, add basil, and both cheeses. Let stand 5 minutes then serves with baguettes.
