Spinach and Rotini with Spaghetti sauce

12 oz. box whole grain rotini (Healthy Harvest)10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed1 clove garlic1 c. chopped onion1/4 t. Italian seasoning1 jar (3 c.) spaghetti sauce (Ragu Traditional)1 c. parmesan cheese
Cook and drain rotini according to package instructions.
In a 10" non-stick skillet, on medium heat, add olive oil, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook until onions are soft.
Add thawed spinach, cook until warmed thoroughly.
Add the spinach mixture, spaghetti sauce, and parmesan cheese to rotini.
Stir until all ingredients are distributed evenly.
Makes 6 1.5-cup servings.
