1 lb dry navy beans1 cup diced lean ham1/3 cup diced celery1/3 cup diced onion1/3 cup grated carrot1 tsp minced garlic1 Tbsp olive oil1 tbsp ham seasoning12 cups water

combine veggies in tbsp of olive oil until translucant. then put everything in crock pot cook on high for 4 hours...
