Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
ground turkey (10 oz)2 Tbsp butter or olive oilfresh mushrooms (8 oz)1 can cream of mushroom soup8 oz. sour creamseasonings (paprika & cumin)
Directions
Brown ground turkey (using buttter and/or olive oil) and season to taste.
Add mushrooms.
Add mushroom soup and bring to simmer.
Add sour cream immediately before serving.
Makes approx 6 servings.
Can be made with less fat by not using oil or butter to brown meat and low fat sour cream.
Pour over pasta or rice.
