A Real Good BarBQue Rub

Ingredients
# Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp # Chili powder, 1 tbsp # *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 tsp # Pepper, black, 1 tsp # Cornstarch, .125 cup # *Onion powder, 2 tsp # Garlic, 3 cloves crushed
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with crushed garlic to make a thick paste. Slather on protein of choice. Wrap tightly in foil with a 1/2 cup of water; bake as you wish or grill or roast - your choice.

Serving Size: Enough rub for a chicken, two slabs of ribs.
