CMR Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients

2 40oz cans of sweet potatoes1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup flour1 cup pecans or walnuts1/4 stick real butter unsalteddash of saltdash of pepper1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon
Drain 1/2 of the juice from the can of sweet potatoes. Salt and pepper. Use a spoon to chop them up if they are too big, don't mash. Slice the butter stick up, (keep back 1/4 to use in the topping) and dot the potatoes all over.
Topping: Mix in a pan and melt;
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
ADD:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup of pecans or walnuts
You may have to double or triple the topping to match the amount of sweet potatoes you have.You may use marshmellows instead of flour.
Pour over the sweet potatoes and bake long enough to melt butter and the top is bubbling
