275g,10oz wholemeal flour225g,8oz low fat spread22g, splenda, or sweetner of choice equivqlent to 225g,8oz sugar4 tbsp skimmed milk1 tsp baking powder2-3 drops vanilla essence4 eggs
blend all ingredients together using all in one cake method. spoon creamy mixture into cupcake cases. bake in preheated oven,180oc, for 20 to 30 mins.
