Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage and Potatoes

5 medium red potatoes, washed and peeled and rather thickly sliced1 16 ounce package smoked sausage - pork1 can cream of mushroom soup1 medium onion, sliced1 tsp creole seasoning1/2 soup can water
Peel and slice potatoes and onion. Layer Potatoes, onion, smoked sausage (you can add your on touch using other veggies). Pour cream of mushroom soup over this. Add 1/2 soup can of water. Cook on low for about 6 hours or on medium for about 3 or 4 hours.
