Oil and Refined Sugar Free Carob Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Date Sugar 3 medium ripe Bananas1/2 Applesauce, unsweetened2 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 6 tbsp water, let sit for a few minutes to get gooey (egg replacer)1/2-3/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1 2/3 cup white whole wheat flour1 tbsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 cup carob powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mash the banana's in large bowl and add date sugar, applesauce & 1/2 a cup almond milk.

Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to banana mix. Add more almond milk if needed (batter will be thick but you want to be able to mix it easy)

Put batter into lightly greased loaf pan and bake for ~ 60 minutes.
