Ingredients
Tilapia Filet (Costco frozen Tilapia filets)Olive Oil (Costco)Garlic Powder (Costco)Italian Bread Crumbs (Costco)
Directions
coat pan with olive oil / place filet in pan then turn on low heat / whiten side (approx 5 min) then flip / whiten second side (approx 5 min) then flip / sprinkle garlic powder over top & cook 5 min then flip / sprinkle 1 tsp of italian bread crumbs over top & cook 5 min then flip / sprinkle another 1 tsp of bread crumbs on 2nd side & cook 5 min then flip / cook another 1-2 min - Done.
