Jamie's Seafood Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 C Minute Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice1 C Water1 tsp Better Than Bullion Lobster or Clam Base13 (41-60 P & D Shrimp)1 C Green Giant Broccoli Florets2 tsp Canola Oil1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil1 pinch Ground Red Pepper2 Pinch Black Pepper1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic1 tsp Ground Ginger2 Tbsp Oyster sauce2 Tbsp Kikkomans lite Soy Sauce
Directions
1) Prepare Rice according to package instructions adding 1 tsp Lobster or clam base to water.
2) Bring medium non-stick skillet to high temp and add canola oil
3) Add Shrimp, Scallops and Broccoli and stir fry adding spices, sesame oil, oyster sauce and 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce.
4) When all is done place rice on plate and top with stir fry.
5) Season with remaining soy sauce.
