Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 5 oz. Pink Salmon pouch1 egg1/4 c. italian bread crumbs1/4 c. (or a little less) finely chopped bell pepper1/4 c. (or a little less) finely chopped red onionseason to taste
Directions
mix all ingredients, form patties with hands. spray skillet with cooking spray.. brown each pattie on both sides, about 5 min. on each side. serve over salad or with veggie of choice.
