Hearty Veggie Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1.25 pounds ground turkey3 med zucchini -diced3 med yellow squash - diced2 bell peppers - diced4 celery stalks -diced1/2 yellow onion -diced1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)2 cans diced tomatoes2 cans beef broth1 packet chili seasoning (low sodium)
Directions
Dice onion, zucchini, squash, celery & green peppers. Saute onion and add the ground turkey.

In your largest pot combine all the ingredients together. Cook until the veggies are tender.

This works well in a crock pot too! Combine all ingredients (after browning turkey & onion) set to low and cook for a few hours!!
