Banana Bread Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c banana, mashed3/4 c egg whites1/2 c plain Greek yogurt3/4 c oats2 scoops vanilla or unflavored protein powder1/4 c sweetener (Splenda, agave, etc)1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth
Pour into 12-well greased muffin tin
Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees
