Turkey "Stroganoff"

Ingredients
Ingredients:Neufchatel Cheese, 2 ozSour Cream, reduced fat, 0.25 cupMilk, nonfat, 1 cupParsley, dried, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 0.50 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 clove, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.33 cup, chopped Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cupTurkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 10ozAdd salt and pepper to taste. If desired add sauteed mushrooms and/or peas.
Directions
Cook spaghetti to al dente. Brown ground turkey. Add onion and garlic. Once onions have softened add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Add al dente spaghetti to sauce and simmer together for 3 minutes.
Ready to serve!
