Ingredients
light olive oil1 onion1 medium green pepper1 medium yellow pepper8 medium mushrooms2 medium tomatoes2 cloves of garlic1 pork tenderloin2 bunches of spinach1 dash of salt1 dash of black pepper
Directions
1)heat walk no 3 or low heat,
2)pour in 2 table spoons of light olive oil,
3)slice 3 medium pork tenderloins into cubes put in walk at low to medium heat no3 or low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly beige,
4)slice up 1 medium onion into cubes place into walk and stir,
5)slice up 1 green and 1 yellow medium pepper into medium slices then half slices place into walk and stir,
6)slice up 8 small to medium mushrooms and place in walk,
9)slice 2 medium tomatoes into cubes and place in walk remember to always stir,
10)peel & crush 2 cloves of garlic & place into walk,
11)slice 2 bunches of spinach into strips & place into walk,
12)add a dash of salt &*a dash of black pepper to season stir fry for 5 on low heat no 3,
13) cover with lid and simmer or stew for 5 Min's,
14 serve up with whole wheat rice and enjoy
