Ingredients
2 Bottles Ethnic Gourmet Calcutta Masala Simmer Sauce1 Large bunch of celery (640 Grams)2 Bunches of Kale (340) Grams3 Cups Water
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1 Cup Servings

Cut celery into bite sized peices
Chop kale into small strips (include stems)

Place both in a saucepan add water to cover
Pour both bottles of sauce into water
Simmer uncovered on low heat for 2 hours or until the veggies are the desired texture.
