2 Bottles Ethnic Gourmet Calcutta Masala Simmer Sauce1 Large bunch of celery (640 Grams)2 Bunches of Kale (340) Grams3 Cups Water

Cut celery into bite sized peices
Chop kale into small strips (include stems)
