1 cup of frozen strawberries1 cup of frozen blueberries1 cup of Pineapple juice
Place the three ingredients or any other combination of frozen fruit into a blender with 1 cup of juice. Blend until smooth. Since the fruit is frozen, no ice is required. This is a great substitute for people who need to avoid dairy. You can combine different fruits and juices to fit your taste. Sweeten with Splenda if needed.
