"Condensed" Tomato Soup

Ingredients
3cup water 2 carrots5 tbsp splenda2 tbsp. each garlic and onion powder1/2 tsp. each celery seed, basil, and thyme1/2 cup skim milk6 oz. tomato paste1 tsp. morton lite salt2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Add 2 cups water, lemon juice, carrots, and spices. Bring to a simmer and simmer 2 minutes. Slice carrots and add pot. Bringto a boil, reduce, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir well. Transfer mixture to a blender and puree until smooth.
Put mixture back in pot. Add remaining 1 up ofwater to blender and rinse soup mixture, add back topot.
Add milk and remaining spices. Cook another 10 minutes.
Makes 3 cups tomato soup base.

TO SERVE: TAKE EQUAL PORTIONS SOUP BASE AND WATER AND STIR TO COMBINE. JUST LIKE REGULAR CONDENSED SOUPS.
