Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1 Tortilla (preferably low cal/low carb)2 Tablespoons of Egg Whites1 slice of Turkey Bacon1/2 cup of Onion, chopped1/4 bell pepper, choppped 1/4 Reduced fat cheese Cooking Spray
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray and begin cooking bell pepper and onion on medium heat. Once they begin to brown put in turkey bacon until crispy. Cut/break turkey bacon into smaller pieces (can be done before cooking). Add egg white, making sure all ingredients are covered with it. Once egg white is almost done cooking, top with cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 1 burrito
