Ingredients:Green Seedless Grapes 1-Grape, 15Clementine, 1 servingOranges, .5 small (2-3/8" dia)Kiwi Fruit, .5 small (2-3/8" dia)Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Strawberries, fresh, 6 medium (1-1/4" dia)fresh mint, 1 tbspMangos, .5 fruit without refuseBlackberries, fresh, .5 cupLemons, .125 fruit without seedsGinger Root, 3 slices (1" dia)Shakeology - Greenberry (1 packet - 40g), 1 serving*365 Organic Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
Directions
Wash All fruit throughly. Remove peel from ginger root, lemon, mango, orange and Clementine. Place all ingredients in blender (any order is ok) and blend until smooth.
