1 lb ground turkey - I use Jennie O as I like a courser ground turkey. Lean or extra lean.1 minced garlic1 Med chopped onion1 cup whole oats - Can replace with bread crumbs.2 eggs 1 tbs dijon mustard1 tbs olive oil1 tbs cranberry sauce1 tbs honeySalt and pepperGlaze3 tbs cranberry sauce1 tbs olive oil1 tbs dijon mustardglaze top of loaf bake for 5 mins
Combine all ingredients and bake 350 for about 50 minutes. Glaze with Cranberry glaze when the loaf is golden brown on top an bake another 5 minutes.
