MAKEOVER: Amazing Vegetarian Chik'n Salad (by EM3774)

Ingredients
2 Quorn Tenders, cooked and finely diced1/2c celery, finely diced1/4c red onion, finely diced3 Tbs. light mayonnaise1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. pepper3/8 tsp curry powder1/4c apple diced
Directions
1. Heat the Quorn tenders in the microwave for a couple of minutes, until heated through. Let cool.
2. While Quorn tenders are cooling, finely dice celery and onion, and add to large bowl.
3. Add the spices and mix.
4. Add Quorn tenders and mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
