Ingredients
1 head cabbage1 cup diced onoion2T olive oil2T butter, saltedsaltpepper
Directions
saute onion in oil in very large deep skillet.
add shredded cabbage (or use cole slaw mix 3 bags)
saute and add broth to finish cooking with cover on med heat.
