Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients
1 tsp Garlic (Minced)1/4 Cup Lite Soy Sauce2 TBSP Pineapple Juice (1 fl oz)2 tsp Corn Starch3/4 Lb Beef, round steak (cut into thin strips)1 Cup Broccoli, fresh (flowerets)1 Pepper, sweet, red, fresh,(cut into thin strips)1 Yellow Pepper (bell peppers) (cut into thin strips)2 TBSPs Vegetable Oil
Directions
1. Combine 1st 4 ingredients & mix well. Set aside.
2. Coat wok or large skillet w non-stick spray & add vegetable oil. Heat wok to 375 (or Med-High heat).
3. Stir fry steak for 2 min.
4. Add peppers & broccoli & stir fry for 4 min.
5. Add cornstarch sauce & stir fry until sauce is thickened.
