Pot roast in the crockpot

Ingredients
2 lbs trimmed beef pot roast4 large russet potatoes cubed1.5 c carrots chopped1.5 chopped onion1 c chopped celery1 tblsp garlic powder2.5 tblsp chili powder
Directions
Place all ingredients into crock pot and cover with water. Let cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
