Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice, 4 cupsSesame Oil 3 tbspVegetable Oil 1 tbspEgg, fresh, 2 largeGinger, ground 1/2 tspGarlic, 2 clovesSoy Sauce 1/3 CupShrimp, cooked, 24 oz2 bags Broccoli Slaw (12oz each)
Heat 1 T vegetable oil in very large skillet. Scramble the eggs and remove from pan. Set aside for later. Heat remaining oils and stir fry veggies for 2 min. Add the garlic, ginger & rice. Stir fry 1 min. Add soy sauce and eggs and heat until cooked through, about 3-4 min. Taste & add more seasoning if needed. Next add 2 bags of small, peeled, thawed, deveined shrimp. Enjoy!
