Ginger Flank Steak Salad

10 oz. Flank or Skirt Steak4 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp olive oil1 tsp white wine vinegar1 tbsp minced ginger3 cloves garlic, minced1 lime1 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp dark brown sugar1 bunch scallions4 cups salad greens
Marinate the steak in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 clove garlic, and 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar. Let sit for several hours, or as little as 30 min.
Slice steak in half inch strips. Cook steak to desired level of done-ness (I prefer medium).
Mix up salad dressing with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, juice from the lime, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, and 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar.
Place 1 cup salad greens on each plate, top with sliced steak. Chop up scallions and sprinkle on top. Dress as desired.
