honey garlic chicken thighs or pork ribs

Ingredients
10 chicken thighs3/4 cup honey3/4 cup soya sauce3/4 cup white vinegar3 cloves garlic or to taste6 tbls brown sugar3 tsp baking soda
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375
In a bowl mix Honey soya sauce vinegar garlic and brown sugar until sugar is disolved. Add in baking soda. It will get foamy. Place thighs in a 9x13 pan and pour sauce over the top. Bake for 1 hr turn every 20 min.
