SPINACH LASAGNE

8 oz pkg. whole wheat lasagne10 oz fresh spinach1/2 cup Parmesan cheese3 eggs3 cups low fat cottage cheese3 cups pasta/spaghetti sauce3 cups low moisture part skim mozarella cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 min until top is lightly browned.
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions or aldente.
Layer 1/3 noodles in bottom of pan. Then layer 1/2 spinach and another 1/3 layer of noodles; then cottage cheese mixture (combine eggs, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese and mix well). Put the remaining half of spinach on and add last layer of lasagne noodles. Pour pasta sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese and bake.
