Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, .50 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .50 tbsp (remove)*Margarine, soft, 1 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.50 cup (remove)Apples, fresh, 0.50 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Cookes 10 minutes @ 350 F
Bites (small muffin tin) 20 min. @ 350F

Mix together dry ingreadients and sift.
Mix together wet ingredients. Slowly fold in the dry ingredients a little at a time.

Makes 24 bites about 48 cookies
