Family Italian Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cans crushed tomatoe (go for the medium-large cans)- water- garlic- black pepper- grated parmesean cheese- salt- oregano - parsley- EVOO
Directions
- in a large sauce pot, drizzle a small amount of EVOO
- then mince 3 cloves of garlic (you can add more or leave this out if you prefer) and dump it into the pot and brown over medium heat.
- pour both cans of crushed tomato.
- Add equal parts water by filling up the empty cans and pouring them into the pot
- then add the rest of ingredients.

For best results let sauce simmer all day, however, this sauce is great any time and seems to get better every day. mmmm leftovers!
