Rice Stir Fry

Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice2 frozen chicken breasts1 T. Olive Oil2 bags (10 oz) frozen stir fry vegetables1 tsp. minced garlic1/2 tsp. minced gingerSoy sauce - to taste
Directions
Cook chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Cook rice. Stir fry the vegetables in oil and add chicken and rice, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
