Asparagus Pasta

Ingredients
Lemon juice, 1 tbspAsparagus, fresh, 1 package frozenTorino Wheat Mother In Law's Tongue Pasta, uncooked, 4 cup*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/3 cup
Directions
Boil asparagus, keep water. Trim off tips of asparagus and set aside. Place asparagus stems in blender or food processor with lemon juice, 1/2 cup of the asparagus cooking water, and olive oil.

Boil pasta. Strain. Mix in a large bowl with asparagus tips. Pour sauce over pasta, sprinkle parmesan cheese, and serve.
