Delicious sweet potato and pumpkin soup

Sweet potato, in skin, 1 large Pumpkin, 200 grams with skinCarrots, raw, 5 medium Leeks, 1 leek Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium Zucchini, 1 large Chicken Boullion (4 tsp), Ginger, ground, 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp 4 garlic clovesHalf and Half Cream, 5 tbsp
Cut everything into big chunks and put it together in a large pot
Add water to cover plus a bit more
add the spices
Do NOT add the cream.
Cook for about 2 hours until all veggies are very soft.
Puree' the soup.
Serve hot with 1 tsp. of cream per person.
Serving Size: makes about 10 bowls
